TYRE PUNCHING BAG = NO EXCUSES

  There was a point in which I personally did not have the money to attend a regular boxing gym or be able to afford a heavy bag. I lived next to a tyre shop, and across the street was a home hardware store.

 Four tyres, two dozen nuts and bolts along with some rope and short chit chat with my landlord, I made the following bag.
